Front Desk Agent is the guests' first point of contact. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, registering and checking in guests, managing reservations.
Responsibilities
°Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
°Provide exceptional customer service
°Manage incoming reservations online and over the phone.
°Perform all check-in and check-out task, including processing payments
°Deliberately assign guest rooms and any room changes.
°Hear and understand guest comments and complaints and take the appropriate action when necessary.
°Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Qualifications
°Customer service attitude
°Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly.
°Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to anticipate, improvise and adapt for optimal resolutions
°Basic computer knowledge
