We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the standards of our property.
Compensation:$13 - $14.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture
- Replenish room supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Ensure carts and storage areas are organized and stocked
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when encountered
Qualifications:
- Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
