What You’ll Do
- Maintain Excellence: Perform deep cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces to ensure our facilities meet top-tier hygiene standards.
- Garment & Linen Care: Manage laundry operations, including washing, folding, and organizing linens. You will also oversee dry cleaning for delicate fabrics that require specialized care.
- Sanitization: Keep restrooms and high-traffic common areas sanitized and fully stocked.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain cleaning machinery, ensuring all tools are stored correctly and ready for the next shift.
- Safety First: Follow health and safety protocols to the letter, identifying and reporting any maintenance hazards to keep our team and guests safe.
- Special Projects: Participate in scheduled "deep clean" intensives and special facility projects as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping (experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is a major plus!).
- Technical Skills: A solid understanding of laundry processes, dry cleaning techniques, and the ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely.
- The "Eagle Eye": A sharp eye for detail—you notice the spots others miss.
- Efficiency: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Reliability: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or assignments.
