Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience during their stay.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all amenities are replenished in guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous.
• A background in hospitality or janitorial services will be considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
