Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and providing a high level of customer service to clients. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain high sanitation standards
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
• Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
• Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are well-organized and sanitary
• Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to promote health and safety standards
• Assist with housekeeping management duties such as scheduling cleaning routines and supervising junior staff when needed

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining fabric quality
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or housekeeping management is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety procedures diligently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
