Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture, cleaning supplies, or equipment to support cleaning operations and facilities maintenance.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal areas regularly in accordance with health guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties such as replenishing supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation practices, and chemical handling safety procedures.
