Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during overnight shifts, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks throughout the hotel premises to ensure guest safety and property security
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, and shift logs for accountability and operational continuity
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong background in front desk operations or night audit functions
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with hotel experience systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Knowledge of guest services protocols, hotel security procedures, and basic financial auditing practices
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations
