Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the property
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Assist with guest relations by offering local recommendations and resolving issues proactively
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Experience in front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly desirable
