Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and professionally
- Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and kitchens
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities preferred
- Familiarity with janitorial supplies and safety procedures related to cleaning products
- Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
