COMFORT HOME HEALTH is currently looking to hire an RN, Case Manager for Howard County and surrounding areas.
- Schedule 15-20 hours per week
- Rate of $27.00-$30.00 per hour
- No Weekends
- Mileage Paid
- Flexible Schedule
- NO ON CALL required
Education/Skills
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1 yr. Experience (Homecare preferred)
- Valid Registered Nursing license with the State of Indiana
- Communication Skills
- Time Management
- Competent with use of PC
Responsibilities: Providing skilled professional nursing care to patients per physician's order and in compliance with regulations established by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and Agency policies.
- Patient Assessment
- Initiates Plan of Care
- Document efficiently & effectively
- Prepares Clinical and Progress Notes
- Care Coordination
- Patient Education
- Supervisory Visits
- Performs Skilled Nursing tasks as ordered by the Physician on Plan of Care
- Blood Draws
- Med Sets
- Specimen Collection
- Wound Care
- Ostomy Care
Must have reliable transportation, valid Indiana Driver's License, current Auto Insurance
Must pass National Background Check
