What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medication Administration Nurse position at Comfort Home Care?
Find Balance. Find Purpose. Find Your Place at Comfort Home Care.
Join a team where your clinical skills, independence, and patient connection truly matter.
As a Medication Administration Nurse with Comfort Home Care, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, focusing on safe, effective medication management and meaningful patient education. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with your patients while making a direct impact on their ability to remain stable and thrive in the community.
You'll perform skilled nursing visits, administer medications as ordered, monitor patient response, and collaborate closely with providers and the care team. Your clinical judgment will be essential in identifying changes in condition and ensuring timely, appropriate interventions.
This is an ideal role for nurses who are confident working independently, value flexibility in their day, and are passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care outside of a traditional facility setting.
We currently have full-time and per-diem openings for both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in the Boston area. This opportunity provides great earning potential with a competitive base salary and an uncapped incentive plan.
