The Role:
As one of our HVAC Installers, you will be responsible for retrofitting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. Our priority is the customer by ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Do:
- Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and IAQ systems in residential homes.
- Ensure HVAC installations are completed according to manufacturer specifications, safety codes, and local regulations.
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Review and follow installation schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate installation details to homeowners.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle to ensure readiness for each job.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC industry trends and technologies.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installations.
- Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary.
- EPA Certification required.
