- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality of equipment
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with heating and cooling systems
- Field Service skills, including the ability to perform on-site assessments and resolve service challenges
- Strong Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively and provide personalized solutions
- General knowledge of Maintenance procedures and standards
- Relevant certifications or training in HVAC systems are a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
