Compensation Package Includes:
Pay: $40–$55 per hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage residential plumbing projects from start to finish
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Oversee and mentor apprentice plumbers-developing their skills and confidence
- Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes
- Diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
- Communicate job progress and any issues clearly with management
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- WA, Journeyman Plumbing License. ID license for the future.
- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
