We’re looking for Appointment Lead Generators to represent Comfort Dynamics inside our trusted retail partner locations. You’ll be the first impression of our brand—sparking conversations, building trust, and helping customers take the first step toward greater comfort at home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Engage & Excite
Greet and interact with shoppers in a friendly, confident way—educating them on our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.
- Book Appointments
Encourage customers to schedule free in-home estimates by asking the right questions and matching them with our expert team.
- Be the Brand
Represent Comfort Dynamics professionally inside partner stores. Make a great impression. Leave people smiling.
- Build Relationships
Work closely with in-store management to ensure a positive presence. Be known, be trusted, be welcomed back.
- Stay in the Know
Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to keep your skills sharp and your energy high.

- Outgoing, energetic, and love talking to people
- Self-motivated with a “go-getter” mindset
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable using a smartphone (email, text, tracking apps)
- Able to work Thursday–Sunday from 9AM to 4PM
- No HVAC experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
