Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Maintaining waiting room cleanliness and organization of resources
- Sending welcome letters and thank you gifts
Qualifications
- Spanish speaking is required
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Available to work either morning shift (7:30am-1:30pm) and afternoon shift (1:30pm-7:30pm) and two Saturdays a month (7:30am-1:30pm)
