Position Summary
The Front Office Lead is responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, supporting practice growth, and helping the team meet production and scheduling goals. This role requires someone who can take initiative, work independently, and inspire the team to perform at their highest level.
Qualifications
- Experience with Open Dental software required
- Experience with Practice-Web preferred
- Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and claims processing
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office operations and patient flow
- Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Assist with insurance claims, follow-up, and collections
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support scheduling goals and production objectives
- Train and mentor front office team members as needed
- Ensure excellent patient communication and customer service
- Help create a positive, productive, and goal-oriented office culture
