Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab has an opportunity for a full-time Admission / Marketing Coordinator.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Achieves facility census goals and annual budget projections.
- Marketing of facility, market outside 85% and in house 15% with a range of 100 mile radius
- Works with local community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities.
- Conducts admission screening of potential patients, determine level of care, services required, equipment needs and insurance coverage, as indicated.
- Coordinates admissions with appropriate staff.
- Maintains knowledge of current regulations governing Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance company reimbursement.
- Participates in the facility quality improvement process by identifying customer service issues and reporting these issues to the NHA.
- Conducts tours of facility for prospective residents whether walk-ins or scheduled admissions.
