We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalized care and assistance to individuals requiring support
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Help individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities
- Offer compassionate care and emotional support to seniors and individuals in need
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Lift and assist individuals as necessary to ensure their comfort and safety
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/caregiving, home care, or related fields
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic caregiving principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
- Certification or training in relevant areas such as First Aid or Senior Care is a plus
