We’re seeking a versatile Digital & Graphic Designer to join our team at Comfort Connect®. This role blends creativity and technical skill, covering a wide range of digital and print design for marketing, product, and sales, as well as website design and development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating eye-catching visuals, designing responsive web pages, and leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across channels, ensuring a consistent, modern, and engaging experience for our audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Web Design & Development
- Design, build, and maintain website pages (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Ensure all web experiences are responsive, accessible, optimized, and on brand.
- Collaborate with marketing on landing pages, campaign microsites, and lead capture forms.
Graphic & Digital Design
- Develop marketing and sales collateral (presentations, brochures, trade show assets, ads, etc.).
- Design visuals for digital campaigns, including social media, email, and blog content.
- Uphold and evolve brand identity across all creative assets.
AI-Enhanced Workflow
- Use AI-driven tools (e.g., image generation, layout assistance, content optimization) to accelerate design iterations and campaign delivery.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI for design, recommending new tools and methods to improve efficiency and quality.
- Apply AI responsibly to balance speed, creativity, and brand alignment.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn campaign objectives into compelling creative.
- Contribute ideas on user experience, storytelling, and branding.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both web design/development and graphic design.
- Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva) and front-end skills (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript; WordPress/Webflow experience preferred).
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT-based workflows).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design best practices, and digital marketing creative needs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and communicate clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics.
- Motion graphics, video editing, or animation skills.
- Experience designing for trade shows, events, or physical collateral.
- Background in B2B or fintech/tech-driven industries.
