This Lead Service Tech position earns $18-$28/hour, depending on experience plus commissions. Our Service Tech is also eligible for generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with 4% company match, vacation time, paid holidays, specialty tools provided. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD SERVICE TECH
- Relevant HVAC Service Technician experience in order to be able to work independently
- Strong decision maker
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
