What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist:
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician recommendations
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and safety strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide in-home therapy services to support patient recovery and quality of life
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Passionate, professional, and committed to excellent care
