Urgent Caregiver Needed Morning Four Hour Shift

• Part Time
• 9 am to 1 pm in the morning. Monday through Friday for a client in Rock Hill
• Previous Home Health Aide/PCA Experience required, Training available.
  
  

The Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Essential Functions

• Personal Care with ADLs and IADLs
• Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting.
• Companion/Sitter/Household Management
• Provide companionship and respite services for family
• Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients
• Client is a man in 80s and the family needs immediate assistance for 4-5 hours daily/3 days a week.
• Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week.
  

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
• Clean background with no history.

• Good at communicating
• Have driver's license and car
