ComForCare Home Health Care - Truckee Meadows is looking for a driven and compassionate Operations Manager to lead and grow our home care team in Reno, NV. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health care office, ensuring efficiency and quality of care
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise caregiving staff and administrative personnel
- Manage caregiver scheduling, client matching, and staffing coordination
- Monitor compliance with state regulations, company policies, and home care industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners
- Track key performance metrics and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Handle client concerns and caregiver issues with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in home care, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
- Knowledge of home health care regulations and compliance standards in Nevada is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with caregiver recruitment, retention, and scheduling
- Proficiency in business software and care management platforms
- Compassionate, client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality care
