We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities, seniors, or those requiring assistance in a nursing home or home health setting. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with mobility and lifting clients safely to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in patient care or senior care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
- Background in nursing homes or home health settings is beneficial.
