What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing/Client Care Coordinator position at ComForCare of the Cape and South Coast?
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Able to drive around Plymouth county area.
- Previous experience in marketing/sales, preferably in home health care.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Manages marketing operations and establishes and implements marketing initiatives.
- Establishes systems for consistent market assessment and develops a marketing plan designed to meet agency goals.
- Establishes and maintains mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
- Participates with the management team in strategic planning activities, identifying opportunities to improve services and better meet customer needs.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Agency’s markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors.
- Other activities as directed.
