Job Description
ComForCare Home Care Rio Grande Valley is seeking a Part-Time RN or LPN/LVN to perform in-home reassessments for veteran clients. This role offers flexibility, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who served our country.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete bi-weekly in-home reassessments for veteran clients
- Visit approximately 12–15 clients per week
- Schedule appointments directly with clients
- Verify and update medications and health status
- Document all findings in our Swift Ops system
Compensation & Schedule
- Paid for 2 hours per client (includes visit, scheduling, and documentation time)
- Visits average ~30 minutes each
- Mileage reimbursement included
- Average monthly earnings: ~$2,000
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
