Referral Programschedule: NEED CNA WITH OPEN AVAILBLITY 7 DAYS A WEEKResponsibilitiesProvide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eatingHelp clients with medication remindersHelp with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercisesJob RequirementsAvailability on your set days from 7am-9pm. Within those days and time period, 40 hours per week (Possible overtime) $ 75 a week regardless of if you work or not.Need to be available 7 days a week.Required to cover additional shifts during 7am-9pmNeed to be willing to drive clients in your vehicle if necessary (driving history check, proof of insurance, valid Indiana driver's license and vehicle registration required) You will be paid for milage reimbursement. when running errands for client.Experienced in working with people with dementia and/or hospiceComfortable with working in homes with dogs and/or catsMaintain a current CNA or HHA CertificateAbility to read & write in EnglishAbility to lift 50 lbs.
