What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with client ADLs.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and passive range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
What we’re looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Someone who is compassionate about helping people
- People who are calm, reliable and honest
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
- You need reliable transportation, a drivers license, proof of insurance and a clean 3-year driving record
Compensation:
- Base hourly rate based on experience
- Availability to earn a bi-weekly Quality Bonus based on performance
- Overnight and evening shift differential bonus
- Multi-Client drive time allowance
- Distance Premium
- Gas Appreciation Bonus eligibility
- Client and Caregiver Referral Bonus
