Schedule / Expected Hours
Part-time: 3 days/week (must include Monday & Friday) | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
About the Role
As the Marketing / Community Liaison, you will drive strategic marketing and business development initiatives, expand referral networks, negotiate service agreements, and elevate ComForCare’s presence in the community. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure messaging, intake, and client satisfaction are aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing & business development plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, community organizations, and senior living communities
- Negotiate service agreements and reimbursement contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and private payers
- Represent ComForCare at local events, professional networks, and community forums
- Collaborate with clinical and office teams to align messaging and processes
- Conduct market assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor performance and report on marketing results and referral growth
- Supervise marketing team members (if applicable), providing guidance and support
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings and ensure regulatory compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach (home care/home health preferred)
- Familiarity with regulatory and payer environments in home-based services
- Proven success in referral development, contract negotiation, and market expansion
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organization and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
