📅 SCHEDULE
• 3 days per week (must include Monday & Friday)
• 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll drive visibility, relationships, and referrals across the community.
• Develop and execute community outreach and marketing initiatives
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and referral partners
• Represent ComForCare at networking events, meetings, and community programs
• Partner with internal teams to align messaging and client experience
• Track outreach activity, referrals, and growth metrics
• Strengthen ComForCare’s presence

✨ WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for someone confident, connected, and results-driven.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach
• Proven success building referral pipelines and growing brand presence
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Own and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
