ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join their growing team in Hillsdale, MI. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
