Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of care. Duties

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life.

- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.

- Prepare nutritious meals, ensuring dietary restrictions are met.

- Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.

- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, focusing on social work principles.

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client.

- Document daily activities and any changes in the client's condition.

Requirements

- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.

- Experience in home health care or related fields is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of medication administration protocols.

- Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require memory care.

- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and patience.

- Ability to cook healthy meals tailored to specific dietary needs.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation duties.
