Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months to one year of Adult Caregiving or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation (a valid drivers license is a plus)
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A commitment to compassionate, respectful care
