Caregiver Needed – Toms River, NJ
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for a 92-year-old male client in Toms River, NJ (Lakewood Rd, 08755).
Start Date: Wednesday, June 24
Schedule This Week:
- Wednesday, June 24: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Thursday, June 25: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Friday, June 26: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Ongoing Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation using a transfer board, wheelchair, and walker
- Provide personal care assistance, including showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
- Support a below-the-knee amputee client with daily activities and safety needs
- Provide dementia care, redirection, supervision, and companionship
- Communicate clearly and patiently, as the client is hearing challenged
- Prepare and serve meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Additional Information:
- Scrubs are required while on duty.
- No pets in the home.
- Non-smoking home.
