Job Overview:
Comfi-Kare Homecare Services is currently hiring experienced Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA’s) to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors in Maryland.

GNA Responsibilities:
As a Home Care GNA, you will assist clients with:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help clients move safely, walk, or transfer from bed/chair
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and client condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
• Remind clients about medications
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Document care provided and report changes to nurses or family.

GNA Requirements:

• Active Maryland GNA certification
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to provide 2 professional references
• You will need PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
