Position Summary:
Responsible for administrative tasks supporting operations of the Indirect Lending Department, processing indirect loans and ensuring all documentation accurate and complete.

- A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to workflow changes, able to handle frequent change, delays or updates.
- Read/interpret documents (loan contracts, state & federal IDs, collection regulations, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid MS Office proficiency, MS Excel in particular.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor all dealership correspondence; examine indirect loan contracts for accuracy.
- Notify dealership of omission(s), follow up on those requiring special attention.
- Book loans including any necessary adjustments; balance reports daily.
- Successfully handle calls inquiring about indirect loans, provide quotes to members/dealerships.
Required Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years with financial institution, in lending or other customer service role.
- High school diploma or GED.
