Who Fits

Key Responsibilities
- Install and assist with patios, pavers, retaining walls, steps, edging, and related masonry/hardscape features
- Support site prep, base prep, grading, drainage, cutting, setting, leveling, and finishing work
- Work with hand tools and equipment while keeping the site clean, organized, and professional for homeowners
- Help maintain quality standards, job flow, and efficient production in the field
- 1 or more years of masonry, concrete, hardscape, landscaping, or related construction experience preferred
- Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting, heat, and long days
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork
- Ability to follow directions, work safely, and take pride in craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $18 to $24/hr (based on experience, reliability, and skill level)
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate per applicable wage laws
- Benefits: Paid time off (PTO); additional benefits may be available based on tenure or position. Company-paid training provided.
- Growth: Opportunity to build into a higher-level installation role as the team expands
