Project Manager - Hardscape/Outdoor Living
Location: Garner, NC (projects across the Raleigh Beltline and surrounding towns)
Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living is a family-owned outdoor living and hardscaping company serving Raleigh and surrounding communities. We build patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pergolas, lighting, and other high-end backyard projects, focused on design, quality, and a client experience worth sharing.

As our Project Manager, you'll lead outdoor living projects from signed contract through completion, protecting schedule, quality, and budget while keeping homeowners informed and confident.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, production plans, materials, and jobsite logistics
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors to keep work moving efficiently
- Maintain strong homeowner communication (updates, expectations, change orders)
- Conduct site walks/inspections and ensure quality standards are met
- Track job costs, production progress, and close-out documentation
- Help us implement and follow SOPs as we scale
Qualifications
- Hardscape/outdoor living experience (PM, lead, foreman, or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license clean driving record (vehicle allowance; truck after successful ramp-up)
- Strong organization, urgency, and accountability, you finish what you start
- Comfortable working in the field and in an office/CRM environment
- Experience with Jobber, Buildertrend, or similar tools (we currently use Jobber and plan to upgrade)
- Experience managing $70K-$200K residential projects
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $55,000 to $105,000 total expected annual earnings (base salary $50,000 to $60,000 plus attainable performance incentives)
- Compensation includes a fixed base salary and performance bonuses based on project outcomes.
