About the Role
Fast-growing $150MM DTC and wholesale accessory company is seeking a hands-on operations executive with extensive consumer product experience to drive operating efficiencies. The position reports to the CEO and works closely with other C-level executives based in Florida. This executive-level position will drive operational excellence across the organization, focusing on the East Asian supply chain, domestic DTC and wholesale warehouse fulfillment, international distribution agreements and compliance and expansion of DTC in the EU as well as other parts of the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Direct all supply chain operations from procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure seamless product flow, optimizing for cost, speed, and reliability across domestic and international channels.
• Collaborate with Production and Sourcing to enhance production processes, establishing production schedules, capacity planning, and operational standards that maximize output while maintaining product quality and safety compliance.
• Drive Quality Control and Assurance Programs: Implement and maintain comprehensive quality management systems, ensuring all products meet or exceed industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while minimizing defects and returns.
• Understand the DTC business, key metrics, and areas of improvement.
• Optimize Operational Processes and Systems: Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive operational efficiency throughout the value chain.
• Manage Strategic Vendor and Supplier Relationships: Negotiate and maintain partnerships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics providers, ensuring favorable terms, reliable service levels, and alignment with company quality standards and ethical sourcing practices.
• Control Inventory Management and Planning: Oversee inventory optimization strategies including demand forecasting, safety stock levels, and inventory turnover metrics to balance product availability with working capital efficiency and minimize obsolescence.
• Direct Budget Planning and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and delivering financial targets while maintaining operational integrity and growth capacity.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align operational capabilities with business objectives, new product launches, promotional activities, and customer commitments.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while implementing risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's operations, reputation, and employees.
• Drive Wholesale Channel Growth: Understand retail sell-through metrics and work closely with the EVP of Sales to drive growth of the wholesale and distributor channel.
• Work Closely with Licensors on Collaboration Projects: Manage relationships with brand licensors, coordinate on collaborative product initiatives, and ensure all licensing agreements and brand standards are met throughout the production and distribution process.
· Work closely with Parent Company who provides IT, warehouse, traffic and accounting support in connection with an MSA.
Required Qualifications
Education:
• bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
• MBA or master’s degree in relevant discipline
Experience:
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive operations experience, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record in the consumer products industry (CPG, consumer goods, retail products, or related sectors)

Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
