Job Summary
The Key Account Manager will develop Comet Technologies position as a critical supplier and development partner to grow revenue and market share at global strategic account.
What will you do?
- Provide hands-on engagement at all levels within Lam Research account with a focus on driving design-in wins within assigned business units and building relationship advocates for Comet Technologies.
- Assist Director of Lam Research Business to develop and maintain detailed account profile including organization structure, key relationships matrix, served market segments and processes, strategic focus, Comet share position and competitive landscape.
- Identify and understand emerging applications/opportunities for Comet products.
- Update and manage all opportunities, leads, and contacts in Comet CRM tool.
- Communicate customer's requirements to Product Management team for potential new Comet products, product derivatives and services.
- Manage projects; work closely with customers, engineering, operations, and quality to meet customer's requirements.
- As required, travel to Global Account’s key manufacturing and support centers to provide support and better understand challenges across the company’s business units.
- Develop sales strategies and execute tactics to increase Comet sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of RF Technology, semiconductor processes including etch, deposition, and related processes is required.
- Proven expertise in establishing and nurturing customer relationships. Extensive existing customer relations a plus.
- Ability to understand and be able to clearly communicate technical information with stakeholders at both Lam Research and Comet.
- BS degree in Business or Engineering, MBA preferred.
- Five to ten (5-10) years of related Key Accounts experience including experience with major semiconductor OEM account management.

Salary : $185,000 - $215,000
