Scaling, preparation, dough lamination, mixing, baking
A small amount of customer service/fulfilling orders
Former experience in pastry is preferred. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, stand on feet extended periods, and lift 50 lbs; and have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
