Automated Clearing House (ACH) Operations Analyst II
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Operations Analyst II is responsible for a variety of functions which include risk and returns. Responsibilities Monitor returns, unresolved returns, positive pay returns, OFAC, risk mailbox and paperless entry processing (PEP) updates, weekly/monthly PEP and REP audits and Electronic Data Exchange (EDI), real time payments (RTP), rejects and return requests. Serve as the back-up to daily balancing processes, 13 ACH general ledgers, force balance, Positive Pay, Zelle and RTP). The role will also assist in shift oversight, training, and production processing of ACH entries across all functions.

Successful incumbent possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, priority setting, attention to detail, and understanding of compliance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Timely Process and/or research ACH incoming and outgoing entries, exceptions, and OFAC alerts.
- Identify, escalate, and support troubleshooting efforts on production issues.
- Maintain applicable production logs and reporting month-end metric/performance results to ACH manager.
- Back up daily balancing processes across ACH, RTP, and Zelle.
- Support risk and audit activities.
- Assist in ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all transaction types within departments.
- Maintain and update procedural lists as required.
- Reviews front-line analyst on assigned shift.
- Train ACH colleagues across all functions as needed.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years ACH operations processing and/or research
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
