We’re looking for an experienced, confident salesperson who wants a part-time opportunity with a genuinely flexible schedule and strong earning potential.

This is a little different from a traditional part-time sales job.

Comer & Cross provides pre-set appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our concrete floor coating systems. There’s no cold calling, no door knocking, and no spending your day trying to generate your own leads.

Your job is simple: show up, connect with the homeowner, understand what they’re looking for, present the right solution, provide pricing, and close the sale.

Why this role is different

We know there are plenty of people looking for flexible part-time work. We’re specifically looking for someone who also knows how to sell.

This could be a great fit for someone who already has a full-time job, owns a business, has other professional commitments, or simply doesn't want a traditional 40-hour workweek — but still wants the opportunity to make meaningful additional income.

What You'll Do

• Run pre-scheduled in-home appointments throughout the Fort Wayne area
• Meet with homeowners and understand their project needs
• Present our concrete floor coating system and available options
• Provide estimates and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow our proven sales process while still bringing your own personality to the appointment
• Maintain professional communication with customers and the sales team

What We're Looking For

We're less concerned with finding someone who checks every traditional résumé box and more interested in finding someone who can build rapport, communicate confidently, and close deals.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have previous sales, commission, business development, or customer-facing experience
• Are comfortable asking for the sale
• Can work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Are dependable and professional with customers
• Are competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance
• Want additional income without taking on another traditional full-time position
