After rapid growth and strong demand in the Pittsburgh market, we are opening a new warehouse location and are looking for a General Manager to lead and scale this operation from the ground up.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants the opportunity to build, lead, and own a growing market.
This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s a build and lead opportunity.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and leading a high-performing installation team
- Overseeing daily field operations and production
- Driving efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Establishing structure, processes, and accountability
- Scaling the Pittsburgh market alongside company growth
You will have direct influence over the success of the market, the team, and the customer experience.
- Proven leadership experience in construction, home services, or field operations
- Experience managing crews, technicians, or production teams
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute and problem-solve in real time
- A hands-on leader who leads from the front
- Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a growth environment
- 2 years of experience in concrete coatings or a closely related field (epoxy, flooring, or similar) required
- Rapidly growing company in the home improvement / concrete coatings space
- Strong leadership team that is actively involved and supportive

- $75,000 – $100,000 base salary
