Material Handler / Maintenance Technician / Shop Assistant
Comer & Cross Concrete Floor Coatings is hiring a Material Handler / Maintenance Technician for our Philadelphia warehouse .
We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who have a strong willingness to learn.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in: Material handling, maintenance, equipment management, warehouse work, Microsoft office, data entry
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Load/unload pallets from trucks
- Check order quantities and input them into excel
- Learn how to do diagnostics and maintenance on equipment
- Package orders and ship
- Count inventory
- Manage maintenance logs and input new equipment
- Occasionally run product to crews
- Install ramps, shelves and winches in vans
- Build pallet racks and help organize the warehouse
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $20–$25/hour
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours/week
- Paid bi-weekly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Shop, construction, flooring, warehouse or general labor experience
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to/from shop
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
