Comer & Cross is hiring Construction Installers / General Laborers / Flooring Technicians for our Pittsburgh market.
If you’ve worked in construction, general labor, flooring, landscaping, roofing, or painting, this is a great opportunity to grow into a skilled trade.
This is a hands-on role installing epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings in residential and commercial settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel to job sites in company vehicles
- Prep concrete (grinding, patching, cleaning)
- Install floor coating systems
- Work with a team to complete 1-day installs
- Maintain safe, clean job sites
Pay & Schedule:
- $18–$30/hour
- $800–$2,000/week
- 40–50 hours/week
- Monday–Friday some Saturdays
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction or general labor preferred
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving a truck & trailer
- Reliable and team-oriented
