Whether you have experience in concrete, epoxy flooring, construction, painting, remodeling, landscaping, or another hands-on trade, we'd like to hear from you.
No concrete coating experience? That's okay. We provide paid training. What matters most is your work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
PAY & OPPORTUNITY
- Production/commission-based compensation
- Potential earnings: $1,000–$2,200 per week

Earnings are estimates, not guaranteed. Actual pay depends on production, workload, and individual performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Install professional-grade polyurea and polyaspartic concrete floor coating systems
- Prepare concrete floors using grinders and professional equipment
- Repair cracks, patch concrete, and prepare surfaces for coatings
- Apply coating materials, decorative flakes, and protective topcoats
- Work alongside a crew completing residential and commercial installations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Travel from our local warehouse to customer job sites in company vehicles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Construction, concrete, flooring, painting, roofing, remodeling, landscaping, or other hands-on experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to our local warehouse
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work
Previous epoxy flooring or concrete coating installation experience is a plus, but not required.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturdays may be required based on production needs.
Reporting Location: Norcross, GA
Our installation crews report to the local warehouse before traveling to customer job sites throughout the surrounding market.
