Comella's Restaurants is a family-owned business with 10 locations. We are currently hiring a Full- or Part-Time Assistant Manager for the Concord, MA location. We are customer-centric and fast-paced; our goal is to give families delicious food at a reasonable price point.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving and organizing shipments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with time management of staff
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage daily tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required
