Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Boston, MA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients’ conditions, designing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans, and providing high-quality care to support recovery. The role also involves guiding patients through treatments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes. The candidate will maintain accurate patient records and uphold professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to provide patient-focused treatment plans.
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care to support safe and effective therapeutic practices.
- Experience with Home Care strategies to assist patients in managing progress outside clinical settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts is required.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
